Excavator 35-type Hydraulic Breaker

The entire unit weighs approximately 80-100kg, is compact, and highly compatible with mini excavators. It does not add significant load to the host machine, allowing for flexible operation and suitability for narrow spaces (such as indoor demolition and small trench construction).

Driven by a miniature hydraulic power system, the impact frequency can reach 1200-1800 strokes/minute. The impact force is suitable for breaking concrete, bricks, tiles, and small rocks, resulting in higher work efficiency than manual breaking tools.

The chisel is made of 42CrMo alloy steel, treated with quenching and tempering, providing impact resistance and wear resistance. The hammer body is made of high-strength cast steel, with reinforced key parts, suitable for high-frequency small-scale operations.

Equipped with a quick-change connector, it can be quickly attached to mini excavators. The chisel can also be replaced with pointed or flat chisels as needed, meeting different operational requirements such as drilling, breaking, and chipping.

The hydraulic circuit has a built-in buffering structure to reduce impact on the host machine's hydraulic system, resulting in low energy consumption. The seals use imported materials, effectively preventing dust and hydraulic oil leakage, leading to low maintenance costs.
