Excavator Mining-type Track Chains

The track links are forged from 25MnB alloy steel, undergoing overall heat treatment and surface hardening. Tensile strength is >=1200MPa, and the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, providing superior impact resistance and wear resistance compared to ordinary track chains, capable of withstanding scratching and compression from sharp rocks in mines.

The track tooth profile is machined according to the original parameters of the excavator's drive wheel, ensuring precise meshing clearance, stable transmission during operation, and preventing tooth skipping and derailment. The link hole tolerance is controlled within 0.05mm, resulting in high linearity after assembly and reduced travel resistance.

The track pins utilize carburizing and quenching technology, combined with wear-resistant bushings and liners, providing excellent shear and tensile strength. The rated load of a single track link can reach 8-15 tons, capable of withstanding the weight of the entire excavator and the tensile impact of heavy-duty operations.

The surface is treated with phosphating degreasing + electrophoretic primer + special topcoat for construction machinery. Salt spray testing exceeds 720 hours, preventing rust and corrosion in humid, dusty, and acidic/alkaline environments in mines, extending service life.

Customizable for large, medium, and small excavators from mainstream brands such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Sany, and XCMG. The number of track links and pitch can be adjusted as needed, compatible with various models including PC200/300, CAT320/336, and SY215.
